June 2004 (above) Almira TFA (Jen Acres Desalida x Favorito D)Almira is a special filly by Favorito D. I wish I had been able to keep her - she certainly has turned out very nicely - definitely National Champion quality. We listed her for sale to pay of the barn that we just built. Congratulations to Nancy House! She fell in love on the spot when Almira was just one day old and had to have her. I can't blame her - I have tried to buy her back but Nancy won't part with her. Well, you can't keep them all! Almira's color was undetermined at the time of the sale. She is going to be a black or maybe a very black/bay. She will stay black if kept out of the mid day sun. She has wonderful movement, will mature to approx. 15.3 hands. She has a beautiful hip, open shoulder, a ton of movement, forward impulsion, and is a great dressage prospect. SOLD to Nancy House! Congratulations!Almira is being doted upon by her new owner Nancy who is so kind to send us pictures every few months so we can see her beautiful filly!
